ETHAN ALLEN ANNOUNCES FISCAL THIRD QUARTER EARNINGS RELEASE DATE AND CONFERENCE CALL

DANBURY, CT (April 13, 2017) - Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. ("Ethan Allen" or the "Company") ETH today announced that it will release its fiscal 2017 third quarter financial results after the market closes on Wednesday, April 26, 2017.

The Company also announced today that it will host an analyst conference call to discuss the company's business and financial highlights the same afternoon, at 5:00 PM ET.
