IRVING, Texas, March 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The LaSalle Group, Inc., a national leader in memory care assisted living, has announced a new partnership with National Health Investors, Inc. NHI, a leading healthcare industry real estate investment trust.

The relationship initially involves the sale and leaseback of five of LaSalle's Autumn Leaves® communities for a 15-year term with renewal options. The partnership allows both companies to jointly pursue new and future growth opportunities, while enhancing the quality of care and level of services LaSalle provides to those with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia through its network of 50 Autumn Leaves communities in nine states.

The recapitalization, which closed on March 15, includes two Dallas-Fort Worth Autumn Leaves communities (Autumn Leaves of Arlington and Rockwall), and three Chicagoland locations (Autumn Leaves of Bolingbrook, Crystal Lake, and South Barrington).
