Luxor Announces Additional Board Resignations

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Feb. 23, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Luxor Industrial Corporation ("Luxor" or the "Company") (TSX.V:LRL) LXRRF  announces that John Taylor and Blair Nutting have resigned as directors of the Company. In addition, Mr. Taylor has resigned as a director and Chief Executive Officer of Western Interlok Systems Ltd. Mr. Nutting has also resigned as Vice President of Mill Frame Inc.
