AVALONBAY COMMUNITIES, INC. AVB announced today that its 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at 8:00 A.M. local time. Stockholders of record of the Company's Common Stock as of the close of business on March 6, 2017 are entitled to vote at and attend the Annual Meeting. The meeting will be held at the offices of the Company, Ballston Tower, 671 N. Glebe Road, Suite 800, Arlington, VA 22203.
