CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. Announces Addition of Dillard's to Layton Hills Mall in Salt Lake City (Layton), Utah

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. CBL today announced that fashion retailer Dillard's, Inc. DDS (Dillard's) will open a new store in the former Macy's location at Layton Hills Mall. Construction is set to begin in April, with an anticipated grand opening in fall 2017.
