Marathon Petroleum Corporation Announces 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

FINDLAY, Ohio, Jan. 30, 2017 - Marathon Petroleum Corporation MPC announced today that its 2017 annual meeting of shareholders will take place at the company's headquarters in Findlay, Ohio, on April 26, 2017 at 10 a.m. EDT.

In addition, the company announced that Feb. 27, 2017, has been fixed as the record date for determination of the shareholders of the company entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the annual meeting.
