ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Jabil Circuit, Inc. JBL today announced that its Annual Stockholder Meeting will be held on January 26, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. (EST) at Jabil's headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida. At the meeting, Jabil stockholders will vote on the election of nine nominees to its board of directors, the ratification of the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as Jabil's independent registered public accounting firm; the approval on an advisory basis of Jabil's executive compensation, an amendment to increase the size of the Jabil Circuit, Inc. 2011 Stock Award and Incentive Plan; an amendment to increase the size of the Jabil Circuit, Inc. 2011 Employee Stock Purchase Plan; and such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

This meeting will include a management presentation and question-and-answer session and will be webcast live on the Internet at http://www.jabil.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. (EST).
