Genesis Energy, L.P. Increases Quarterly Distribution

Genesis Energy, L.P. GEL announced today that it will pay a regular quarterly distribution of $0.71 per Common Unit for the quarter ended December 31, 2016. The distribution will be paid on February 14, 2017, to Common Unitholders of record at the close of business on January 31, 2017. This distribution represents an increase of approximately 8.4% over the fourth quarter 2015 quarterly distribution of $0.655 per unit, and an approximate 1.4% increase over the distribution paid with respect to the third quarter of 2016. This is the forty-sixth consecutive quarter in which Genesis has increased its quarterly distribution.
