NQ Mobile Inc. to Hold 2016 Annual General Meeting on December 29, 2016

BEIJING, Dec. 16, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- NQ Mobile Inc. ("NQ Mobile" or the "Company"), a leading global provider of mobile internet services, today announced that it will hold its 2016 annual general meeting of shareholders (the "2016 AGM") at 42nd Floor, Edinburgh Tower, The Landmark, 15 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong on December 29, 2016 at 10 a.m. (Hong Kong time).

No proposal will be submitted for shareholder approval at the 2016 AGM. Instead, the 2016 AGM will serve as an open forum for shareholders and beneficial owners of the Company's ADSs to discuss Company affairs with management.

Holders of common shares of the Company whose names are on the register of members of the Company at the close of business on December 16, 2016 are entitled to receive notice of the 2016 AGM or any adjournment or postponement thereof. Beneficial owners of the Company's ADSs are welcome to attend the 2016 AGM in person as well.
