SYNNEX CLOUDSolv Group Launches Cloud Assessment Services Program

New program helps solution providers reduce sales cycle and increase appropriate cloud adoption

(from SYNNEX' Cloud Catalyst Summit) - November 10, 2016 - SYNNEX Corporation SNX, a leading Technology Solutions distributor, announced that its CLOUDSolv group has launched its new cloud assessments services program today from its inaugural Cloud Catalyst Summit. The new program positions solution providers, whether cloud experts or novices, to have a better understanding of their customers' environments to determine which workloads are appropriate to transition to cloud technologies. By doing so, the sales cycle can be reduced and adoption of cloud technologies can increase, resulting in a more advanced service offering and a better experience for the end-user. 

Through the offering, SYNNEX has combined its own technical expertise, RISC Network's CloudScape and Red Hat CloudForms. CloudScape assists in assessing the environment, and Red Hat CloudForms cloud management platform helps identify, map, and execute an effective migration strategy. Red Hat CloudForms is used to orchestrate and automate workload migrations while also using its hybrid cloud management capacity and analysis capabilities to properly target right-size workload resources. Together, this all-encompassing analysis of the end users' business processes and application workflows enables solution providers to be better prepared to more effectively sell cloud-based products and solutions, as well as construct a road map for their customers for years to come.
