SAN ANTONIO, Nov. 02, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Valero Energy Corporation VLO ("Valero") has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on the company's common stock of $0.60 per share.  The dividend is payable on December 15, 2016 to holders of record at the close of business on November 22, 2016.
