Water Technologies International, Inc. Repurchased Balance on Convertible Note

PORT ST. LUCIE, FL --(Marketwired - September 20, 2016) - Water Technologies International, Inc. (OTC PINK: WTII), the leader in the technology for atmospheric water generator's production and design, announced today that it has repurchased the remaining balance on an outstanding convertible note. The convertible note was issued in 2014 and the Company received $25,000.00 for general working capital. Water Technologies wanted to curtail the dilution the note was causing after several low priced conversions.

Water Technologies Inc.'s CEO, William Scott Tudor, said, "I felt the common stock dilution from the outstanding convertible notes was causing too much dilution. Our goal has always been to land an institutional or Government order. I am still very confident we will reach our goal this year! We are forming alliances with Hydrogen Electric companies that produce hydrogen fuels that need clean water to produce electricity.
