Revelstoke Capital Partners ("Revelstoke"), a Denver-based private equity firm, today announced it has expanded its team with two new operating partners: Steve Geringer, Chairman of AmSurg Corp. AMSG, and Greg Steil, Founder of ATI Physical Therapy Holdings, Inc. ("ATI Physical Therapy"). Mr. Geringer and Mr. Steil will also join the board of directors of Fast Pace Urgent Care ("Fast Pace"), Revelstoke's newest portfolio company.

Mr. Geringer is the Chairman of AmSurg Corp. AMSG, an owner and operator of ambulatory surgery centers and provider of outsourced physician services. AmSurg has announced that it intends to merge with Envision Healthcare Holdings, Inc. EVHC, which offers medical transportation services and an array of physician services. The combined companies' current market capitalization is approximately $8 billion. Mr. Geringer is also the Chairman of Addus HomeCare Corp. ADUS, a provider of home-based personal care services, and serves on the board of several private healthcare services corporations. Mr. Geringer was previously President and CEO of PCS Health Systems, Inc., a pharmacy benefits manager which was later acquired by Eli Lilly & Co. Mr. Geringer earned a B.S. in Economics at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Steil is the Founder of ATI Physical Therapy, one of the largest physical therapy providers in the country. Mr. Steil built ATI Physical Therapy from one clinic to over 550 clinics across 19 states. Mr. Steil founded ATI Physical Therapy in 1996 and successfully managed the business through four private equity sale transactions. Mr. Steil served as CEO for 18 years and Chairman for two years. Mr. Steil brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in clinic-based healthcare operations as well as a track record of add-on acquisitions and organic de novo clinic growth. Additionally, Mr. Steil serves as a mentor to the Telluride Venture Accelerator program. Mr. Steil earned a B.A. in Biology with an emphasis on exercise physiology from Washington University in St. Louis.
