CRYSTAL SPRINGS, Fla., Aug. 23, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CES Synergies, Inc. CESX is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Cross Environmental Services, Inc. (CES), has received a subcontract and has begun demolition services on a multi-million dollar renovation to a premier South Florida hotel. The subcontract is valued at just under $500,000.00.
CES will perform the selective demolition of interior and exterior components. As the hotel is closed for a period during the renovation, all work is fast-tracked to allow the hotel to re-open to take advantage of Florida's busiest tourist season beginning in late fall.
"CES' vast and ever-expanding work portfolio includes specialty contracting services for large-scale building renovations, such as this project," stated Mr. John Tostanoski, CEO of CESX. "We look forward to working with the general contractor and the other sub-contractors to provide the owners with exceptional turnaround for a timely opening of the resort."
"Moreover, this is yet another project that will continue our growing revenue pattern. We are intent on increasing our footprint in these lucrative markets," added Tostanoski. "We are efficiently penetrating the remediation and renovation markets with highly desirable public and private sector projects."
