CHARLESTON, W.Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

City Holding Company, "the Company" CHCO, a $3.7 billion bank holding company headquartered in Charleston, yesterday declared a dividend of 43 cents per common share for shareholders of record as of April 15, 2016.
