Compass and Mr. Shykora are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Steven Smith as its interim President as the Company completes the acquisition of EFS Audio and sees Mr. Shykora's departure as CEO. Mr. Smith's extensive experience within and in-depth knowledge of the music industry will be key to the execution and success of the EFS Audio business strategy.

Mr. Smith's experience ranges from being a musician, DJ, studio engineer, and music producer, to traditional audio equipment, digital audio programming and live event production. Mr. Smith intends to begin focusing on Industry specific marketing/advertising to broaden the Motion Sound product line exposure through event and artist sponsorships. Mr. Smith stated, "I am looking forward to working closely with EFS product engineers and sales team on the roll out of new and existing product developments."
