Annual Changes to the NASDAQ US Broad Dividend Achievers Index

NEW YORK, March 14, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Nasdaq Group, Inc. NDAQ today announced the results of the annual evaluation of the NASDAQ US Broad Dividend Achievers™ Index DAA, which will become effective prior to market open on Monday, March 21, 2016.

The following twenty-four securities will be added to the Index: Accenture plc ACN, American Financial Group, Inc. AFG, Ameriprise Financial, Inc. AMP, Atrion Corporation ATRI, Bob Evans Farms, Inc. BOBE, BOK Financial Corporation BOKF, Cummins Inc. CMI, CenterPoint Energy, Inc. CNP, Connecticut Water Service, Inc. CTWS, Daktronics, Inc. DAKT, G&K Services, Inc. GK, International Speedway Corporation ISCA, Monro Muffler Brake, Inc. MNRO, National HealthCare Corporation NHC, NorthWestern Corporation NWE, ONEOK Partners, L.P. OKS, 1st Source Corporation SRCE, STERIS plc STE, StoneMor Partners L.P. STON, Sensient Technologies Corporation SXT, The Hanover Insurance Group, Inc. THG, TransMontaigne Partners L.P. TLP, Torchmark Corporation TMK, and The Travelers Companies, Inc. TRV.

The NASDAQ US Broad Dividend Achievers Index is comprised of US accepted securities with at least ten consecutive years of increasing annual regular dividend payments. The NASDAQ US Broad Dividend Achievers Index is reviewed on an annual basis. As a result of the evaluation, the following eight securities will be removed from the Index: Airgas, Inc. ARG, ConocoPhillips COP, Darden Restaurants, Inc. DRI, NACCO Industries, Inc. NC, Questar Corporation STR, First Financial Corporation Indiana THFF, VSE Corporation VSEC, and Williams Companies, Inc. (The) WMB.
