(OTC Pink: GYOG) ("GYOG" or "the Corporation") is pleased to announce today that the company has executed a Letter of Intent for the acquisition of BEO-ITS, Inc. The signed agreement between the two parties allows for Green Energy Enterprises, Inc. to acquire all interests, rights, property, assets, intellectual property, projects, concepts, patents, websites, business name and business, excluding but not limited to various customers and contracts of BEO-ITS, Inc. This strategic acquisition is expected to further strengthen Green Energy Enterprises, Inc. and create shareholder value as the company penetrates the bio-medical industry with its innovative scientific methodological approach to test for sexually transmitted infections (STIs). BEO-ITS, Inc. is a bio-medical company headed by Michel Aube PhD. Dr. Aube has developed a new leading-edge methodological testing process already validated on more than 500 women that will allow individuals to get tested for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) Chlamydia or other STIs like gonorrhea and HPV (human papillomavirus). This new testing methodology developed by Dr. Aube is a low cost alternative with superior results in comparison to other testing options presently available on the market. Most importantly, Dr. Aube's testing methodology is non-invasive for women. This new testing medical device has the potential to become the gold standard to fight Chlamydia and other STIs. "We have developed a new technology - a kit based of a modified sanitary napkin that allows women to collect their own 'sample' at home and then mail the sample in an unidentifiable envelope to our dedicated laboratory facilities. Chlamydia trachomatis genital infections are increasing in both developed and developing countries, with more than 90 million new cases occurring each year. In the United States only, more than 4 million new cases occur each year. Only 1/3 of American woman that should be tested yearly are effectively tested. All pregnant women must be tested for Chlamydia. Additionally, there are approximately 2.2 million sexually active women living in Canada and 22 million living in the United States of America aged between 15 and 25 that should also be tested yearly to prevent Chlamydia infections. Untreated Chlamydia trachomatis infection can cause destruction on the reproductive organs, profoundly affecting fertility in women. Chlamydia has considerably increased in various countries including the USA, Canada, Sweden, Norway, Finland and South East Asia.
