The Janus Equal Risk Weighted Large Cap ETF Portfolio Liquidates

OKLAHOMA CITY, Feb. 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Effective at the close of business on February 17, 2016, the Janus Equal Risk Weighted Large Cap ETF ERW portfolio was liquidated and will no longer be tracking its Index, the Janus Equal Risk Weighted Large Cap Index. As a result of the liquidation, the NAV now represents a 100% cash position and an intraday portfolio value will no longer be calculated or disseminated. The NAV may be found here.

The Fund will stop trading on the NASDAQ as of the close of business on Wednesday, February 24.

Whether shares are sold or are automatically redeemed, they will generally recognize a capital gain (or loss) equal to the amount received for shares above (or below) an adjusted cost basis in such shares.
