PartnerRe Appoints Chairatch Phrompechrut as Head of Strategic Ventures

PEMBROKE, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

PartnerRe Ltd. PRE today announced that Chairatch Phrompechrut has been appointed to the position of Head of Strategic Ventures. Mr. Phrompechrut will report to Marvin Pestcoe, CEO Life, Health and Strategic Ventures. In this position, Mr. Phrompechrut will lead the effort to pursue investments in business development opportunities and partnerships.

Mr. Phrompechrut joined PartnerRe in 2008 and has held several positions in the company's investment function, most recently as Head of Private Equity.
