Dr. Orellana was profiled in the publication's November 2015 Top Hospitalists issue.

Dr. Orellana, who has been with IPC Healthcare for nearly 12 years, practices hospitalist medicine at Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital, a community hospital that is part of BJC HealthCare, one of the largest non-profit healthcare organizations in the country. In addition to serving as IPC's Practice Group Leader, Dr. Orellana is the Chief Medical Officer for the hospital. Previous positions he held in the hospital were the Chief of Medicine and the Chief of Staff. He also plays key roles, including chairperson, for numerous committees and appointments in the medical staff.
