Eaton Vance Limited Duration Income Fund Eaton Vance National Municipal Opportunities Trust Annual Meetings Of Shareholders

BOSTON, Sept. 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- At a meeting held today, the Boards of Trustees of Eaton Vance Limited Duration Income Fund (NYSE MKT: EVV) and Eaton Vance National Municipal Opportunities Trust EOT (the "Funds"), each a closed-end investment company, voted to hold the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of each Fund concurrently on Thursday, January 21, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. (EST). The meetings will be held at the principal office of the Funds, Two International Place, Boston, Massachusetts 02110.  Proxy materials will be mailed on or about November 25, 2015 to shareholders of record on November 9, 2015.  Shareholders of each Fund will be asked to vote on the election of Class I Trustees of the Fund.  The results of the meetings will be reported in a subsequent report to shareholders.
