Automated-X Acquires Saddle Ranch Pictures

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Automated-X, Inc. ("AUTX") (OTC PINK: AUTX) announced today the acquisition of Saddle Ranch Pictures, Inc. ("SRP") in a stock transaction. The combined companies will ultimately operate as Saddle Ranch Media, Inc. (www.saddleranchmedia.com), an advanced media company operating three divisions; Saddle Ranch Pictures, Saddle Ranch TV and Saddle Ranch Digital. There will be no stock splits as a result of this transaction. Further details will be announced in due course.

As a result of the acquisition, there has been a merger of management whereby Michael Marcovsky, former Chief Executive Officer of AUTX, will become President and Chief Operating Officer. Alan Bailey, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of AUTX, will remain in those positions. Philip M. Cohen, President and Chief Creative Officer at SRP, assumes the role of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in the merged operation.

Besides producing films under its own label including "Grooming Giselle," "Rock and Roll: The Movie" and "Dream in American," SRP is a partner in Troika Pictures, Inc. which produced "The Call" with Academy Award winners Halle Berry and Abigail Breslin, "The Road Within" with Zoe Kravitz and Dev Patel, and the soon to be released "Careful What You Wish For" starring Nick Jonas with Isabel Lucas, Dermot Mulroney and Paul Sorvino.

Saddle Ranch TV has produced two recent documentaries, "Getting to the Point: The Truth about Vaccines" and "Swallow This! Navigating the Dietary Supplement Industry."

Saddle Ranch Digital ("SRD") is a partner in PetCARE TV, LLC which airs over 100 educational programs in veterinary waiting and exam rooms and a web-based network at www.mypetcaretv.com. SRD produces all the award-winning educational content for place-based media networks, KidCARE TV, PetCARE TV, and Women's HealthCARE TV.
