PEMBROKE, Bermuda - July 30, 2015 - Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd. ENH, a Bermuda-based specialty provider of property and casualty insurance and reinsurance, announced today that it has received all regulatory approvals required in connection with its previously announced acquisition of Montpelier Re Holdings Ltd. MRH.

The transaction is scheduled to be completed after the close of trading on Friday, July 31, 2015.
