PINGDINGSHAN, China, July 2, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SinoCoking Coal and Coke Chemical Industries, Inc. SCOK, a vertically integrated producer of clean energy products located in Henan Province, announced that, at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on June 30, 2015, a majority of the shares of common stock present at the meeting in person or by proxy voted in favor of amending and restating the company's Articles of Incorporation to change the name of the company to "Hongli Clean Energy Technologies Corp." The Company's name change will become effective upon filing with the Florida Secretary of State.
