Eaton Vance Senior Income Trust Annual Meeting of Shareholders

BOSTON, June 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- At a meeting held today, the Board of Trustees of Eaton Vance Senior Income Trust (the "Fund") EVF, a closed-end investment company, voted to hold the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Fund on Thursday, October 22, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. (EDT). The meeting will be held at the principal office of the Fund, Two International Place, Boston, Massachusetts 02110. Proxy materials will be mailed on or about August 28, 2015 to shareholders of record on August 10, 2015. Shareholders will be asked to vote on the election of three Class II Trustees of the Fund.  The results of the meeting will be reported in a subsequent report to shareholders.
