Uroplasty and Vision-Sciences Shareholders Approve Merger Agreement

MINNEAPOLIS and ORANGEBURG, N.Y., March 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Uroplasty, Inc. UPI and Vision-Sciences, Inc. VSCI shareholders have voted at the special meeting of each company's shareholders held today to approve the previously announced agreement and plan of merger between the two companies.
