Anchor Hocking Celebrates 110 Years of Quality and Craftsmanship at International Housewares Association Show, March 7-10 in Chicago

LANCASTER, Ohio, March 6, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Anchor Hocking, the iconic American glass company that has been a mainstay of consumer homes for over a century, celebrates 110 years of craftsmanship at the 2015 IHA show.

New accessories for classic Anchor glass bakeware add style and function from kitchen to table. Three new colors of TrueFit™ and TrueSeal™ lids - pepper, paprika and mineral - are now available for 2-quart casserole, 3-quart baking dish and 8" cake dishes.  To complement the new bakeware lid colors, Anchor Hocking will launch a new line of fabric bakeware totes in floral prints that accent all three of the new lid colors and serve as both tote and hot pad or placemat. These innovative totes are also available in sports and other themes and fit the most popular bakeware sizes.

Also new for IHA 2015 are Anchor Hocking's new 9.5" deep fluted-edge pie dish with expandable snap-on dome lid, available in red and white; new 3.5 and 7-cup tall glass food storage containers with TrueSeal™ lids; glass studio and storage jars featuring food-safe cork lids and new red gingham printed metal lids; and vintage glass milk bottles with cork lids that serve a variety of functions from beverage to storage and décor.
