NORTHFIELD, Ill., April 27, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Stepan Company SCL today reported:

On April 26, 2021, the Board of Directors of Stepan Company declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common stock of $0.305 per share. The dividend is payable on June 15, 2021, to common stockholders of record on May 28, 2021. The Company increased its quarterly cash dividend in the fourth quarter of 2020 by $0.03 per share, marking the 53rd consecutive year that the Company has increased its cash dividend to stockholders.
