Kingstone Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.04 per share

KINGSTON, NY / ACCESSWIRE / February 1, 2021 / Kingstone Companies, Inc. KINS (the "Company" or "Kingstone"), a Northeast regional property and casualty insurance holding company, today announced that Kingstone Insurance Company ("KICO"), its wholly owned subsidiary, estimates net pre-tax catastrophe losses for the fourth quarter of 2020 of $1.2 million. Catastrophe losses for the quarter comprised 4 events at an estimated gross cost of $1.5 million. Catastrophe losses after-tax are estimated at $0.97 million.

Kingstone announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a common stock dividend of $0.04 per share. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2021 to holders of record as of February 26, 2021.
