MCLEAN, VA / ACCESSWIRE / January 25, 2021 / Gladstone Land Corporation LAND ("Gladstone Land" or the "Company") announced today that its board of directors declared the following cash distributions for its recently issued 5.00% Series D Cumulative Term Preferred Stock ("Series D Preferred Stock") for each of February and March 2021.

Series D Preferred Stock: We have applied to list the Series D Preferred Stock on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "LANDM." Cash distributions per share of Series D Preferred Stock for each of February and March 2021, are payable per the table below:
