Motorsport Gaming US LLC Announces Filing of Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

MIAMI, Dec. 18, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Motorsport Gaming US LLC ("Motorsport Games"), a leading racing game developer, publisher and esports ecosystem provider of official motorsport racing series throughout the world, announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") relating to a proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether, or when, the offering may be completed or as to the actual size or terms of the proposed offering. Motorsport Games has applied to list its Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol "MSGM."
