CHARLESTON, S.C., Dec. 17, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, the Board of Directors of Bank of South Carolina Corporation, BKSC the parent company for The Bank of South Carolina, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share to shareholders of record December 29, 2020, payable January 29, 2021. This represents the 125th quarterly cash dividend paid to shareholders – representing over 30 years of rewarding our shareholders.

Fleetwood S. Hassell, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "Given our earnings and strong capital position, we are pleased to declare a quarterly cash dividend, for the 125th time, since our founding in 1986."
