WD-40 Company Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend and Schedules First Quarter 2021 Earnings Conference Call

SAN DIEGO, Dec. 7, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- WD-40 Company WDFC today announced that its board of directors declared on Monday, December 7, 2020 a quarterly dividend of $0.67 per share, payable January 29, 2021 to stockholders of record at the close of business on January 15, 2021.

The Company also announced that it has scheduled its first quarter 2021 earnings conference call for Thursday, January 7, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. PST.  On this call, management will discuss financial results, business developments and other matters affecting the Company.
