Daniel Davison Joins Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery as Chief Financial Officer

Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery (ADCS), one of the nation's leaders in high-quality dermatology, today announced the appointment of Daniel Davison as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Davison was most recently Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Diplomat Pharmacy, Inc. DPLO, which was the largest independent provider of specialty pharmacy services in the United States.

Mr. Davison has broad financial management experience, including both operational finance and financial and strategic planning. Also, Mr. Davison has significant experience in investor relations and managing bank and credit analyst relationships. Diplomat was acquired by Optum Rx, a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group UNH, in February 2020. Mr. Davison was instrumental in executing the due diligence process and successful sale of the company.

Prior to his role at Diplomat, Mr. Davison served as the Finance Executive of the $100 billion Caremark segment of CVS Health CVS. Mr. Davison has also held leadership positions as Senior Vice President of Finance, Financial and Strategic Planning for the $66 billion public company Medco Health Solutions MHS and has served as Chief Financial Officer for Medco's $40 billion Health Plan Division. He has significant experience in Commercial (including major health plans), Medicare and Medicaid business segments.
