CONROE, Texas, Sept. 24, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Spirit of Texas Bancshares, Inc. STXB (the "Company"), the bank holding company for Spirit of Texas Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared its first quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.07 per share of the Company's common stock.  The dividend is payable on October 23, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 9, 2020.
