Nymox Announces $9 Million Registered Direct Offering

HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, N.J., Aug. 12, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nymox Pharmaceutical Corporation NYMX today announced it has entered into definitive agreements with institutional and accredited investors for the purchase and sale of shares of its common stock at a purchase price of $2.50 per share in a registered direct offering for gross proceeds of approximately $9 million before deducting placement agent fees and expenses. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about August 14, 2020, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

Nymox intends to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including working capital.

A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners is acting as sole placement agent for the offering.
