On July 30, 2020, S&T issued a press release announcing the Company's financial results for the second quarter of 2020.  Among other results, S&T announced a net loss of $33.1 million, or $0.85 per diluted share, compared to net income of $26.1 million, or $0.76 per diluted share, for the same period in the prior year. 

On this news, S&T's stock price fell $2.65 per share, or 11.14%, to close at $21.14 per share on July 30, 2020.
