Invictus MD Strategies Corp. - Change of Management

VANCOUVER, May 20, 2020 /CNW/ - Invictus MD Strategies Corp. GENE (the "Company") announced that Ms. Harbir Toor has ceased to be the Company's Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. The Company wishes to thank Ms. Toor for her service.

The Company's Controller, Ms. Elena Gershtein has been appointed Acting CFO.  Elena has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accountancy from the University of British Columbia. She has over 10 years of progressively increasing experience in both public and privately held companies with the majority of her career in mining, multi trade facilities management and infrastructure projects in the mining, oil and energy sectors.  Prior to joining the Company, she held Controllership roles at Golden Predator Corp. and Black and McDonald.  Elena is a CPA, CA who began her articling career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.  We are pleased to have Elena assume her new role as Acting CFO.
