KOP plans to release its April 2020 business update before the opening of the markets on Wednesday, May 20, 2020, and host a conference call later that day at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.  Presentation materials will be available at least 15 minutes before the call on www.koppers.com in the Investor Relations section of the company's website.
