Griffon Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

The Board of Directors of Griffon Corporation GFF (the "Company" or "Griffon") yesterday declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share. The dividend is payable on June 18, 2020 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 21, 2020.
