ABILENE, Texas, April 27, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- As previously announced on April 3, 2020, First Financial Bankshares, Inc.'s FFIN (the "Company") 2020 Annual Shareholders' Meeting will be held solely by remote communication, in a virtual-only format on April 28, 2020, at 10:30 a.m. Central time. F. Scott Dueser, Chairman, President, and CEO, J.
