Sogou Inc. Files its Annual Report on Form 20-F

BEIJING, April 21, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Sogou Inc. SOGO ("Sogou" or "the Company"), an innovator in search and a leader in China's internet industry, today announced that the Company filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2019. The Annual Report is available on the Company's investor relations website at http://ir.sogou.com/.

The Company will provide a hard copy of the Annual Report containing the audited consolidated financial statements of the Company, free of charge, to a shareholder or holder of the Company's American depositary shares upon written request.
