Arcos Dorados Postpones Its Annual General Shareholders' Meeting

Arcos Dorados Holdings, Inc. ARCO ("Arcos Dorados" or the "Company"), Latin America's largest restaurant chain and the world's largest independent McDonald's franchisee, today announced that, in light of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and the related travel restrictions and border closures, it has determined that it would be in the best interest of the Company and its shareholders to postpone the Company's Annual Shareholders' Meeting (the "AGM"), which was originally scheduled to be held on April 28, 2020 in Montevideo, Uruguay at 10:00 a.m. local time for shareholders of record as of April 1, 2020.

The Company has not yet determined a new date for the AGM, but continues to monitor developments regarding COVID-19 and as soon as the Board of Directors determines a new date for the AGM and the related record date, this determination will be announced to the market and will be reported on the investor relations page of the Company's website www.arcosdorados.com/ir.
