Axcella Announces Oral Presentation at 2020 International Conference on Frailty and Sarcopenia Research

Axcella AXLA, a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on leveraging endogenous metabolic modulators (EMMs) to pioneer a new approach for treating complex diseases and improving health, today announced that it will give an oral presentation at the 2020 International Conference on Frailty and Sarcopenia (ICFSR) in Toulouse, France on March 12, 2020.

During the presentation, Axcella Principal Scientist William Comb, Ph.D. will describe how data science and physiological primary cell models are being utilized to interrogate targeted biologies and design EMM compositions with the potential to influence multiple pathways simultaneously, using Axcella's AXA2678 muscle product candidate as a model.
