ROL, a premier global consumer and commercial services company announced that the Board of Directors approved a 14.3% increase in the Company's quarterly cash dividend. The increased regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share is payable March 10, 2020 to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 10, 2020.  This marks the 18^th consecutive year the Board has increased its dividend a minimum of 12.0% or more.
