GeoVax Announces Reverse Stock Split

ATLANTA, GA, Jan. 23, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NEWMEDIAWIRE – GeoVax Labs, Inc. GOVX today announced it has implemented a 1-for-2000 reverse stock split of its common stock with a market effective date of January 24, 2020.  For the 20-business day period beginning January 24, 2020, GeoVax's ticker symbol will be "GOVXD" to reflect the post-split price. Following that period, the ticker symbol will revert to "GOVX."
