Jumei to Delay Earnings Release for First Half of 2019

BEIJING, Jan. 01, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Jumei International Holding Limited JMEI ("Jumei" or the "Company"), a fashion and lifestyle solutions provider in China, today announced that it will delay the release of its financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2019. The Form 6-K could not be filed within the time period specified by the New York Stock Exchange because certain operational results cannot be provided on a U.S. GAAP basis without significant effort or expense.
