CONCORD, Mass., Dec. 19, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Technical Communications Corporation TCCO today announced that on December 18, 2019, Technical Communications Corporation (the "Company") received correspondence from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications department of the Nasdaq Stock Market ("Nasdaq") confirming the Company has regained compliance with The Nasdaq Stock Market listing rule 5550 by the filing of Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended September 28, 2019, which reported over $500,000 in net income from continuing operations, as required by the Hearings Panel's decision of October 14, 2019.
