Aimco Announces Quarterly Common Dividend of $0.39 Per Share

Apartment Investment and Management Company ("Aimco") AIV announced today that its Board of Directors declared quarterly cash dividends of $0.39 per share of Class A Common Stock for the quarter ended September 30, 2019, representing an increase of 3% compared to the dividends paid in third quarter 2018. This amount is payable on November 29, 2019, to stockholders of record on November 15, 2019.
